The apartment is quietly located on the edge of the forest , at an altitude of about 700 meters in the cozy district of Faistau – and in winter you can get straight from the front door to the slopes !
On the slopes
The Almenwelt Lofer is a family-friendly ski resort in the Salzburg Saalachtal, ideal for a relaxing winter holiday. With 46 km of perfectly groomed slopes, divided into 32 km of blue, 12 km of red, and 2 km of black runs, it offers the right terrain for every skill level.
The valley station is only about 300 m away from the "Ida" holiday apartment, so you can easily reach the ski area on foot or by car.

Off-piste
Away from the slopes, Lofer offers many opportunities in winter: You can enjoy the snowy nature on well-groomed winter hiking trails , have fun with the whole family on toboggan runs, or test your endurance on cross-country ski trails.
Snowshoe hiking offers a diverse range of experiences in the winter landscape. Those looking to relax in between can find rejuvenation at the Rupertus Therme spa in Bad Reichenhall, just a short drive away. Regional specialties and a cozy atmosphere await you in the rustic huts and restaurants.
